活跃在艺术市场的基本上是民间美术人才,科班美术人才绝大部分在中小学任教;在民族美术作品生产的数量和民族文化传承的力度上,民间美术人才的贡献大于科班美术人才.这种就业局面对包括西藏在内的边疆少数民族地区美术教育事业的科学发展提出了挑战:在非遗保护和文化产业大发展的背景下,如何培养顺应社会发展趋势和地方特色的美术人才,以担负文化传承和发展的使命,为实现"中国梦"尽行业之力.因此,建立以社会需求为前提,以美育为基础,以文化传承和发展为使命,以非遗保护和文化产业为导向,以民族绘画雕塑和工艺美术创新为核心的美术人才培养模式,是科学发展边疆少数民族地区美术教育事业的可行之道.People who are active on the art market are basically the folk fine art talents. Most of the people who have got professional training choose teaching in the primary and secondary schools. From the number of folk fine art production and the extent of national cultural inheritance,the contribution made by the folk fine art talents is more than that of the professionally trained persons. This employ- ment situation puts forward a challenge to the scientific development of art education in the frontier mi- nority nationalities including Tibet. This challenge is,under the background of protection of intangible cul- tural heritage and vigorous development of cultural industry,how to cultivate the fine art talents who could follow the trend of social development trend and local characteristics,and are able to take on the mission of cultural inheritance and development, and to make efforts for the realization of "Chinese Dream" . Therefore , establishing a fine art talents cultivation mode of social need as the prerequisite,art education as the foundation,cultural inheritance and development as the mission,protection of intangible cultural heritage and cultural industry as the guide, national painting,sculpture and fine art innovation as the key ,is a feasible way to the scientific development of the art education in the areas of frontier minority nationalities.
