And it should be reflected in the restoring of ancient City Wall, the construction of the Encircling City Park, and the New Drum Tower Plaza in center Kaifcng. Some new quadrangles should be built in the old districts. For long term, the government should think about the restoring of the Drum Tower and the Bell Tower. They should also pay attention to the construction of the gardens at the street intersection and give prominence to the role of city sculptures.
