- 描述： 通过企业问卷调查,利用多层线性模型,对理论假设进行验证.结果显示,个体层面的知识共享四个维度对员工创造力有显著的正向影响,而组织层面的知识共享三个维度则单独或两两合并对上述关系起调节作用.This paper testifies the hypothesis by questionnaire investigation using the HLM model. The result shows that the knowledge sharing in the individual layer have the positive effect to the employee creativity, but the knowledge sharing in the organizational layer have the regulative effect to this relation alone or assembly.
