【摘要】“Local” or region is not a confinement, a limitation, or strange_remote. It should be something of the specific value foundation of life. It is a standing point where exists a choice of significance when a individual life is facing an international culture. Those seven Xi'an artists have provided us with this observation over the regional culture melting into an international one.
