【摘要】He’e, a well-known sculptor, filed a lawsuit against the local government for its copyright infringement of her works, but the result came out far from satisfactorily. In recent years, occurrences of infringement on city sculpture copyrights have been on the increase, which reflects that the administrative authority hasn’t attached enough importance to the protection of intellectual property rights of sculpture works, and requires that an overall planning should be made and a sound mechanism be established to ensure a balanced construction of city sculptures. 近年来，伴随着城市环境建设的发展，城市雕塑建设的势头有增无减，许多城市都热衷于打造独特的城市名片。
